UpLoading a Client's Photo Into JJOLT

Each youth’s file must be accessed and the pictures uploaded one at a time. Here are the instructions.

  1. Use the Client Select option to search for youth by name and access the correct record by clicking on the Access button beside the client’s name.
  2. Choose Form 1M (Upload Client Image).
  3. Use the Browse button to locate the file in your hard drive or on the network. Double-click the file when you find it and click Open -OR- click the file name once and click the Select button so the name of the file appears in the bottom of the Choose File box and then click Open.
  4. You will see the full file name fill in automatically in the Local File Name of Image to Upload box.
  5. Next click the Upload Image to Face Sheet button. You will get a confirmation screen that says Confirmation-Image Upload and the name of the file. Click on the Click Here to Continue button.
  6. Next a window saying Please Click here to close this window to return back to your master form box will appear. Click the blue letters that say Click Here.
  7. It will appear that you have gone back to the Client Select menu at this time. However, if you use your Quick Navigator to return to the selected youth’s Forms Menu and go to Form 1A (Client Intake / Summary) the picture should appear in the box to the right of the youth’s demographic information. If it does not appear and you got an error message in Step 5, the picture is probably not in the right format (it must be in .JPG, .GIF or .PNG ). The JJOLT team or your IT department can adapt any picture to this format if it is not in it already.
